De tekst die het reclamebureau dat verantwoordelijk is voor het nieuwe zelfspot-charmeoffensief waarmee de NS haar excuses aanbiedt voor vallend blad, zou hebben bedacht wanneer het personeel wel gebruik had gemaakt van de aangeboden Herfsttoer.

All the leaves are brown,
And the train is late
I’ve been waiting here all morning

In wind and rain it’s cold,
Coffee’s too expensive to pay
The ticket’s twenty euro,
Sorry for the delay

If time turned only back for four years
